1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AegisGrid ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If using on behalf of a company, you confirm authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

AegisGrid is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for node monitoring, device management, real-time telemetry, and incident tracking, accessible via web interface and API.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. All information you provide must be accurate and current.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and all activity under your account. Report unauthorized access immediately to s***@a***.io.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Monitor systems, devices, or people without explicit written authorization
  • Violate applicable local, national, or international law
  • Use the Service as infrastructure for botnets, DDoS attacks, or malicious operations
  • Transmit malware, ransomware, or malicious code
  • Circumvent security features of the Service
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written agreement
  • Engage in unauthorized penetration testing of third-party systems
  • Violate any third party's privacy or intellectual property rights

    • Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

    6. Billing and Payment

    All payments are processed by Paystack. Subscriptions renew automatically. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed payments may result in account downgrade or suspension after 3 consecutive failures.

    7. Data Ownership

    You retain ownership of all data you transmit through the Service. You grant AegisGrid a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Service.

    8. Intellectual Property

    AegisGrid retains all rights to the platform, software, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms grant no rights to use AegisGrid's name or branding.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    AEGISGRID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify AegisGrid against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

    12. Termination

    Either party may terminate at any time. Your data may be deleted 30 days after termination. Accrued payment obligations survive termination.

    13. Modifications

    We may update these Terms with 14 days' email notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AegisGrid is registered.
